Vietnam Coastal Fun In 9 Days

Your Vietnam tour begins with your arrival in Ho Chi Minh. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city. You can easily explore the city at your own pace or relax at the hotel after the flight.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Kick start your day with a hearty breakfast, and a trip to Mekong Delta follows. The guide will meet you at the hotel lobby around 7:15-7:30 am, and you will head to My Tho, which lies on the left side of the Mekong River. 

Upon arrival, board the sampan and cruise down the river around the four beautiful islands, known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. Stop at Unicorn Island, walk around the country lanes and see the orchards. Visit fruit plantations and enjoy tropical fruits and folk song music performed by the local people. 

Then take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and immerse yourself in the beauty of the countryside. Visit family workshops and honey-bee farm, and taste some honey tea and coconut candies.

Refuel yourself with a traditional Vietnamese lunch, and later cycle around the Tan Thach village, and meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. If you are not keen on a cycling trip, enjoy a cool breeze and a relaxing time in a hammock. Afterwards, you will get back to your accommodation.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Relish the remaining moment in Ho Chi Minh before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Dalat. When you arrive at Dalat Airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation in the city centre. The rest of the time is free at leisure.

Dalat is famous as a city of flowers and never-ending spring. Today you will explore the most scenic places of this beautiful town.

Have breakfast and meet your guide in the hotel lobby. Then head to Robin Hill, from where you will have a panoramic view of the beautiful city. If you would like, you can get on the cable car to slide down the hill for 300 meters. After you get down, continue your exploration with a pleasant walk along the famous Tuyen Lam Lake toward the flower garden right on the top of Phoenix Hill.

Have lunch at the local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Bao Dai King’s Summer Palace. This art deco-style palace was constructed in the middle of the pine forest for the last Vietnamese emperor Bao Dai. After the palace exploration, you will get back to your hotel.

Overnight in Dalat.

Have breakfast, your driver will meet you at your hotel and will drive you to Nha Trang. The drive will take approximate 3 hours. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, check-in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free time to relax at the Nha Trang beach, located right in the centre of the city.

Have breakfast at the hotel and have a transfer to the Nha Trang port. 

Start cruising to the island, where you can do some swimming and snorkeling to see the colorful underwater world and coral reefs. After having fun in the water, you will get back on the boat and head to the fishing village to have delicious seafood lunch. 

In the afternoon, you will visit one more coral bay for swimming and relaxing at the beach. Then you will head back to the harbor around 15:00 and then to your hotel. 

Overnight in Nha Trang. 

Spend the relaxing time in Nha Trang. It is a premier beach destination in Vietnam, where many activities can be done. Take a boat trip to the islands, visit the city sites, challenge yourself with different water sports activities, have a mud Spa, or get drenched at the tropical beach.

Relish a healthy breakfast on the final day of your trip. Complete the hotel check-out formalities, after which you can visit the local markets to buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Later your private driver will transfer you to the airport to take your flight back home.
